If you're in the Las Vegas metro area, your order qualifies for free local delivery — personally delivered by our founder, no shipping fee, no minimum order required. This option applies automatically at checkout based on your zip code. Local deliveries typically arrive faster than standard shipping, though exact timing depends on order volume and route.
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 2–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Once shipped, USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed — weather, holidays, and regional service disruptions can affect timing.
We currently ship within the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not yet available, but we're working on it — check back as we grow.
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivery but you never received your package, contact us at cesar@somoscabrones.com within 7 days. We'll work with you to make it right.
Exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Wrong size? We swap it. Try it on to check the fit — as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and the tags are still attached, it qualifies for a full exchange. If we ship you the wrong item, we cover return shipping.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be exchanged.
Email cesar@somoscabrones.com with your order number and the size or item you'd like instead. We'll send you instructions for sending your item back, and ship your exchange as soon as we receive it.
We currently offer exchanges, not cash refunds, except in cases where we made an error (wrong item shipped, defective product) and a suitable replacement isn't available. Reach out and we'll figure out the right solution for your situation.
